Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Trackable service with delivery confirmation
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking available
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees and import duties, which are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your water adventure gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Proof of Purchase: Copy of receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Demo Sale items (as marked in our menu)
- Clearance items (as marked in our menu)
- Used or demo products
- Products with removed tags or protective coverings
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template for your request:

I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]).

I have reviewed the return policy and confirm the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and our returns center address.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 5: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is processed
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). For international returns:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
