Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Demo Sale items (as marked in our menu)
  • Clearance items (as marked in our menu)
  • Used or demo products
  • Products with removed tags or protective coverings

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your request.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center (address provided in approval email).
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
